WHAT IS WEB TV?

Why should I sign up / join?

Television X Web TV offers a great selection of exclusive hardcore videos, only accessible online. Web TV is either available as a web only offering or free of charge to Television X* and Ultimate Package TV subscribers. Web TV offers the uncut and uncensored versions of all your favourite Sky programmes. If you don’t have Sky, you can subscribe directly to Web TV for full access to our online services. Pay £4.99 for 24 hour access, £9.99 a month, £24.99 for 3 months, £44.99 for 6 months or £84.99 for 1 year for unlimited access 24/7 (*12 month contract required.)

How do I sign up / join?

You will need to access the join now the link from this website, choose the membership package that best suits you and then fill out the details as requested. These are; first name, surname, email address, username, password, telephone number, place of birth (security question), date of birth, gender and address including post / zip code. In the adjacent box you will need to fill in your credit / debit card details.

As a Sky user you will need to go through a once only sign in process, filling in the same details, but instead of leaving your bank details you will be asked for your Sky card number and postcode.

Can I try before I buy?

No, but there are a selection of short films on this website which are edited versions of the full length films available to those who have joined.

Is there a limit on the amount of content I can watch within any given period?

No, once you have activated your membership by entering your Sky card or debit / credit card details you can access all the video content available on Web TV. We do not charge by the minute nor do we restrict you to purchasing movie tickets for a single film or programme.

How often is new content uploaded to the site?

New video content is uploaded daily to Web TV and programming is rotated on a weekly basis.

Can I download videos from Web TV?

No. Currently Web TV only offers the facility to watch streamed video content.

Can I upload my own content?

At present you cannot upload your own content. However, we are always happy to receive your videos and if they are good enough we will put them up on our sister site – Red Hot TV. For every video we use we will pay £250.

If I subscribe to Web TV, do I get free access to the TV channels?

No, TV subscribers get free access to Web TV, but it does not work the other way round. For more information about our TV subscription packages visit the Television X website.

I’ve already subscribed to the TV channels, do I need to sign up to the website?

If you are an Ultimate Package subscriber or a Television X subscriber, access to Television X Web TV is free of charge.

But you will still need to create a user account on the website and activate your membership to Web TV by entering your Sky card details to access our hardcore content.

I’m a Television X subscriber; do I get free access to RedHot Web TV?

No, only Ultimate Package subscribers have free access to both Television X Web TV and Red Hot Web TV. You can upgrade your TV subscription by calling 0871 271 6869. Alternatively, membership of Red Hot Web TV as a standalone online service costs between £4.99 – £84.99 and ranges from 24 hour – 1 year for unlimited access.

I’m a Red Hot Pay Per Night Customer, do I get free access to Television Web TV?

No, only Ultimate Package subscribers have free access to both Television X Web TV and Red Hot Web TV. You can upgrade your TV subscription by calling 0871 271 6869. Alternatively membership of Television X Web TV as a standalone online service costs between £4.99 – £84.99 and ranges from 24 hours – 1 year for unlimited access.

I subscribe to the Television X / Red Hot TV on Freeview, do I get free access to Web TV?

Apologies, free access to Web TV is not currently available to customers who subscribe to Television X and Red Hot TV via Freeview. Please check back as we intend to offer free Television X hardcore porn access to all Freeview customers soon.

I’m a TV subscriber, do I need to enter my credit card details to access Web TV?

If you have an active subscription via Sky to our TV channels, then you will be able to access the Web TV service or services which correspond to subscription simply by entering your Sky card details once you have created a free online user account. You are not required to enter your debit / credit card details for verification purposes.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

If I pay for Web TV with a debit / credit card, what company name will appear on my statement?

The name of Portland Enterprises will appear on your statement. However if you have been signed up to Television X since before the re-launch of the website then the name of MPP Global, our previous payment service provider, will appear on your statement.

Is my online debit / credit card payment secure?

Yes your card details are processed in a secure environment. When you the access the credit card payment page, you will notice that the web address begins with https rather than http and that a small padlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your browser.

REGISTRATION / ACTIVATION PROBLEMS

I don’t seem to be receiving any emails from Web TV?

The emails we are sending you are probably being flagged as spam or filed to your junk mail folder. To avoid this happening, add to your address book or buddy list.

I’ve forgotten my username / password, what should I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password or username, follow the Retrieve Password link, enter your email address and we’ll email your username and a new password.

My username and password don’t work. What should I do?

Try resetting your password by using the Retrieve Password link. You will then be emailed your username together with a new password which should resolve the problem.

I have entered my Sky card number, postcode and surname but the site says my email address does not match?

This is a security measure designed to verify that you are who you say you are. It also allows us to ensure we have your correct email address for administrative purposes. Obviously your details will not match if you have never given your email address to Sky. Please enter your CSN number (Sky Customer Service Number) to update your email address.

Your CSN number (Sky Customer Service Number) is your Sky Customer Service Number which is given to you in your welcome letter. If for any reason you don’t know your CSN (Sky Customer Service Number), call 0871 271 3505 and customer services will advise you of this.

I have entered my Sky card number, postcode and surname but the site says my details don’t does not match?

This is a security measure designed to verify that you are who you say you are. It also allows us to ensure we have your correct details for administrative purposes. It could be that your name is misspelled in our database or that there’s a typo in your postcode. If you get this message and you can go no further; call our Web TV customer support line on 0871 271 3505 to verify your account details.

I live in the Republic Of Ireland and don’t have a postcode. I can’t activate my account, what should I do?

If you live in the Republic Of Ireland, when you are asked to enter your Sky card details, enter ROI in the postcode field.

I can no longer access Television X Web TV? My username and password don’t work anymore.

We are changing the way Sky users log in, in future you will not have to reconfirm your Sky card number each time you log in. However it does mean that you’ll have to go through the sign up process again. Please use your existing username and password.

I’ve already signed up for Red Hot Web TV, can I use the same username / password to log into Television X Web TV?

No, you will need to create a separate online user account for each website.

Yes, Web TV services require a broadband Internet connection for optimum video playback.

Do I need any specific software installed on my PC to watch Web TV?

Web TV is compatible with most major browsers and has been tested extensively with the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. To view our video streams, you will need to install Adobe Flash Player for Windows. This is available as a free download from the Adobe website.

I’m having problems with video / audio playback?

If you are experiencing any problems viewing our video streams, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player for Windows – currently Version 9 – installed on your PC. This is available as a free download from the Adobe website.

What happens if I have paid but I cannot access the hardcore video content?

I subscribed for 24 hours, when does it run out?

Your subscription is immediately active once your payment has been processed. From that point onwards you have 24 hours access.

You keep sending me promotional emails, how do I unsubscribe from future mailings?

You can unsubscribe from further promotions by sending an email to with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line. Please note it will have to come from the email address that we mail to otherwise we will not be able to find your email address.

I’ve changed my email address, how do I update it?

To update your email address, login to Web TV, click on My Account and enter your new email address and click on save.

Can I update the password you sent me to something I can remember?

To update your password, login to Web TV, click on My Account and enter your new password (twice for verification purposes) and press save.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription to Web TV?

To cancel your subscription, head to My Account, scroll to the bottom and click on Cancel Account. Please refer to the terms and conditions to understand how the cancellation process works.
